Cake Smash & Children's Birthday Photographer - Croydon

This family was celebrating their daughter's first birthday. When I arrived at their home in Croydon, they still had a table set up from a family party the previous day - nothing was touched! So we started by taking some photos with the celebratory display, which included a big birthday cake - so another opportunity for some baby and cake photos - although no cake smash was permitted for this one!

We then set up for the cake smash. As the previous images had been girly pink with a clean white background, we went for a different, more grungy look (click here to see the colour version).

Time for a clean up in the bath tub.

With the sun out, we went to a local park for a few outdoor and family photos - with grandma too. We just managed to get a few photos done and the heavens opened.
