Cake Smash & First Birthday Photographer - Balham

I had done both the maternity and newborn baby photo shoot for this family. Now their little girl was celebrating her first birthday and her mother was keen to do a cake smash photo shoot.

Her mother had brought lots of bunting and decorations to set up the background. We started with a few photos without the cake. Including some with mummy and daddy.

It was then time to bring the cake in!

I wanted to get a much plainer shot with just the birthday girl and the cake - see the image at the top of this blog post.

It was then clean up time and time for a splash! We gave this a floral feel with bubbles blowing around.

We then headed out onto nearby Tooting Common for a few more first birthday photos.
