Maternity Photographer - Fulham

I came to Adelaide's home in Fulham a few weeks before her due date. Her two cheeky boys were hanging around excitedly, looking forward to the arrival of their little, baby sister and wanting to get involved with the photo shoot too.

The forecast had warned that there would be rain, so we headed straight outside to a nearby park for a few photos of Adelaide and her boys, as well as some of just herself. As the rain started to fall quite soon afterwards, having got a good number of photos, we headed back to their home.

When we got back to their home the boys were sent out for a shopping trip with their nanny and we set the sitting room up as a studio. Adelaide looked stunning in any of the outfits she had. We did most of the shots against a black background, giving a particularly striking look. Her wonderful smile brought a fabulous joy to the images.

Adelaide had also been keen to do some silhouette images of her bump, so we played around with a few different looks for this against the window. In the wide shot (at the top of this blog post) where you can see the apartment block through the window I added some grain to the image, which I felt worked well with the greyness of the now rainy day outside. I just love the shape of figure with the curls of her hair and the beautiful shape of her bump. The image below, I decided to blow out the background to white, letting that smile shine through.
