Newborn Baby Photography Shoot - Tooting

The little newborn baby that I was to photograph on this day was the gorgeous Jenny. New mum, Sarah, I had photographed a month earlier during a maternity photography shoot at a regular mums-to-be event at Fisher's & Co cafe in Tooting.

Baby Jenny's grandparents were also there to help out - Sarah was definitely appreciating the support from her mum, a midwife. I always love to photograph grandparents with a newborn baby - although families often live miles apart today, the bond and support of family plays such an important part when a new life comes to this world.

Jenny may have started the photography session with a slightly confused look upon her face - well, I guess that's not surprising! However, she rapidly got into the role and we managed to get a beautiful set of photographs of her and her family. She accepted the various changes of clothes, she looked scrumptious in a ribboned hat (even when screaming!) or dressed up with a matching headband and she played with a little mohair wrap that we snuggled her into. A delightful photography shoot in Tooting (SW17) for this loving family.
